FAQ

Common Questions

The stuff people want to know before they pick up the phone.

How much does junk removal cost?

It depends on volume - how much space your items take up in the truck. Send a photo and we'll give you an estimate, then confirm the final price when we arrive. No hidden fees.

Do I need to be home?

It helps, but it's not always necessary. If everything is outside or in an accessible area, we can handle it while you're away. We'll work out the details when you book.

What items do you take?

Almost everything — furniture, appliances, electronics, yard waste, construction debris, and general household junk. We can't take hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, or asbestos.

Do you recycle or donate?

Whenever possible. Items in good condition go to local donation centers. Recyclable materials get separated out. The landfill is a last resort.

How quickly can you come?

Most jobs are scheduled within a few days. If you need same-day or next-day service, call us directly and we'll do our best.

Do I need to move everything to one spot?

No. Point to what goes and we handle the rest — including items in basements, attics, and garages.
